We've been developing and producing our original camshaft ever since Buddy Club had established. Still today, we are providing high performance camshaft to our racing teams and winning lots of titles. We worked on to get an ideal well-balanced profile of camshaft and succeeded to give it 1.3 to 1.5 times more effective area than regular camshaft.
Every Buddy Club Camshaft is carefully built through these production processes. Plus, strict inspection will be given to them and only the highest quality products are shipped.
Coating the surface of camshaft with manganese phosphate in order to protect from damage even when the camshaft has not lubricated yet. This has done by steeping press process that produces 0.5mm to 15 micromillimeter thin of manganese phosphate coating on its surface to prevent from direct contact with other metal parts while realizing smooth operation. Wavy grooves are curved to the cam profile surface by oscillation during cam grinding process. Oil pool that is formed on the cam profile surface reduces a friction loss and prevents locking.
We used the super high precision high speed grinding. Peripheral speed 80 m/s 4400rpm. The combination of a ultra high-speed main bearing and diamond grindstone is controlled by the newest 32-bit computer. By using the same special-purpose machine as an automaker, high precision grinding is realized though in 1/3 period of time.

Inspection
Buyer shall inspect and reconcile all inbound shipments from SoundsandAccessories.com within three (3) Calendar days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be submitted to SoundsandAccessories.com no more than seven (7) Calendar days following Buyer's receipt of shipment.
Returns and Exchanges of Merchandise
A Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") form must be filled out by the Buyer and Approved by SoundsandAccessories.com. Without an RMA issued and approved by SoundsandAccessories.com, Return shipments will be refused and sent back to sender at their expense.
Defective and freight damaged merchandise (only where SoundsandAccessories.com is providing shipment) may be returned to SoundsandAccessories.com for store credit, but only upon verification by SoundsandAccessories.com of such defect or damage. Credit will be issued to Buyer upon receipt of the RMA form and the claim approval from the freight company involved, No exceptions.
Returns of good merchandise may be accepted by SoundsandAccessories.com in its sole discretion under the following conditions:
Return/Exchange of merchandise in 100% Perfect and re-saleable condition, without markings on the original packaging will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from SoundsandAccessories.com. Accepted return will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Returned parts shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
Return/Exchange of merchandise in packaging that has been marked, relabeled or otherwise defaced will be restricted to extraordinary circumstances with prior approval from SoundsandAccessories.com. Accepted returns will be assessed a 40% restocking charge. Returned parts shall not exceed 15% of total annual purchase quantities.
Merchandise classified by SoundsandAccessories.com as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit and are sold as is.
Merchandise on sales promotion or special order packages may not be returned for credit.
All return transportation charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded for any reason.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances after 15 calendar days after the ship date indicated by SoundsandAccessories.com.
Any returns for product quality issues will require high resolution digital pictures of the products to be emailed to the account manager before an RMA is approved.
Order cancellations will take up to 72 hours after a cancellation is requested before the order is officially cancelled and money processed for return.
